To Our Valued Clients

We are a company of healthy people serving healthy people. Our goal is to help you grow through this trying time, not just go through it. In the spirit of that, we have put the following measures in place to ensure the public’s health.

1. We are employing social distancing best practices by having all our photographers work from their homes, perform their jobs, and return home. Additionally, we are reminding everyone that we can do our jobs without any human contact by having homeowners go for a drive while we shoot or scheduling their photos, video or Matterport while they are at work or doing other essential errands.
2. In most locations across the United States, we have Electronic lock box access. If this is not an option, we can make other arrangements to enter the home without human contact.
3. As always, we never charge a cancellation fee, so feel free to give us a call and set up your next appointment. We always understand if it needs to be rescheduled.

Our Teams Are Prepared

Every team member has been briefed and trained on our in-field procedures. Again, we are healthy people serving healthy people.

1. Sanitize in (sanitize hands before leaving your vehicle).
2. Once in the home: put on gloves and prepare the home for the shoot.
3. Once the home is prepared for the shoot: the gloves are removed, the hands are thoroughly washed, and the shoot is executed.
4. Upon returning to the vehicle the hands are sanitized again.

If a client would like to list their home but would not like anyone inside their residence, we have an Exterior only package to get their home listed quickly and without entering the home.
